Teigan Nash – content creator extraordinaire
Teigan Nash joined The McDonald College in Year 10 on a scholarship, where she focused on dance and performing arts.
Since then, she has worked extensively in the television and media industry as a TV presenter, MC, producer, writer, and content creator.
Her debut role as a presenter and producer was on Network Seven’s Saturday Disney.
She presented the 2016 Rio Olympics for Network Seven, reported on the Spring and Autumn Racing Carnivals, and hosted Network Seven’s Sydney Weekender.
Teigan’s experience earned her an ambassador role with Tourism Australia as part of their online initiative, ‘Aussie News Today’. In this role, she travelled around Australia, reporting on fun and quirky stories about Australian culture. In 2022, she was a co-host of Channel 10’s Roads Less Travelled.
She is the co-founder of Girls Who Glow, a mental health organisation that promotes positive health and wellness among young women.
As a digital content creator, she is an official ambassador for GoPro and Kathmandu.
Of her school experience, she has said, ‘The McDonald College was a great school for performing arts. I decided I wanted to be in the musical theatre stream, which was brand new, I was stepping out of my comfort zone … school was a place for me to explore who I really was and what I loved and being around such creativity really helped.’
