A Spring to Remember: Boarding House Highlights

This term has been nothing short of extraordinary for our boarding house! There’s so much to celebrate from athletic achievements to academic triumphs and a farewell to our graduating seniors.

A Marathon Effort for Mental Health

Our boarding supervisor, Dom, ran the Sydney Marathon and raised an impressive $1390 for KIDSXPRESS. The boarding kids cheered her on, showing their support for her dedication and commitment to mental health.

International Music Star

Genevieve’s incredible talent shined on the global stage! She not only became a finalist in the 2024 Intercontinental Music Awards in Los Angeles but also took home the top prize. Congratulations, Gen!

Snowsport Sensation

Zali represented NSW at the State Interschools Snowsport Championships, placing 14th in Moguls and 18th in Alpine. Her impressive performance earned her a spot at the National Championships, where she’ll compete against Australia’s best.

Leadership and Talent

We’re incredibly proud of our boarding students who have been selected for leadership roles:

  • Coco Solomon: School Captain and House Captain for Falkirk
  • Cayla Engelbrecht: Sports Captain
  • Isabella Lazic: House Captain for Helpman
  • Arabelle Barker: Vice House Captain for Falkirk

Springtime Adventures

With the arrival of spring, our students have been enjoying the longer days and venturing out on weekends. It’s wonderful to see them embracing the beautiful weather and exploring the local area.

A Farewell to Our Seniors

We bid a fond farewell to our graduating Year 12 boarders. A delicious dinner of surf and turf and churros, followed by speeches, dancing, and a game of hide and seek, made for a memorable evening. We’ll miss them dearly and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

This has been an extraordinary term for our boarding house, filled with achievements, friendships, and unforgettable experiences. We’re excited to see what the future holds for these amazing students.
