The primary focus of these classes is on strengthening and conditioning the dancers to improve their fitness and flexibility. While participation is encouraged for all ballet students, it is open to all students aged 7-18.
Participation is particularly recommended for those undergoing ballet exams.
We currently offer Strength and Conditioning for Grades 1, 2 and 3 for 7-10yo, Grades 4 and 5 for 10 -12yo, Inter Foundation and Intermediate for 11+yo, and Advanced for 14+ yo.
