Support for young people aged 12 – 25 worried about their mental health or experiencing issues such as depression, bullying & isolation. Support is also available to concerned parents or carers.
Support is available for issues such as behavioural & emotional problems, discipline, adolescent issues, family relationships, sole parent issues, school problems, childcare & juvenile justice. You don’t have to be in crisis to reach out for help.
For people 15 years & older who are affected by suicide, which can include feeling suicidal, being worried about someone, caring for someone suicidal, being bereaved by suicide.
