3 Day Holiday Drama Workshop

For Students in Kindergarten to Year 9.

Kick off the new year with three fun-filled days of creativity, energy, and excitement, where young performers can explore the magical world of drama! This hands-on workshop is perfect for kids of all experience levels, offering a variety of engaging activities designed to build confidence, creativity, and performance skills.

Participants will be grouped by age, ensuring tailored experiences and challenges for every student.

Students will be guided by Romy Bartz and Mary Vasey (Drama), Kristen Hockley (Musical Theatre) and Keanu Awad (Screen Acting). The course will cover:

🎭 Acting Scene Work – Learn how to create compelling characters and bring stories to life on stage.
🎶 Musical Theatre Scene Work – Combine singing, acting, and movement to perform dynamic musical numbers.
⚔️ Stage/Fight Combat – Discover the art of stage combat in a safe and controlled environment while building teamwork skills.
🎥 Screen Acting – Step into the spotlight and learn the nuances of acting for the camera.
🎬 Short Film Making – Collaborate to create and star in a short film, building storytelling and technical skills.

The workshop will culminate in a showing for family and friends, where participants will showcase their newfound skills and creativity. It’s an unforgettable experience designed to ignite a love of performance and storytelling!
