Music Showcases: The art of collaboration and flipping genres

As we bid farewell to the past term, the Music Stream reflects on a journey filled with transitions, growth, and outstanding achievements.

Firstly, we said goodbye to Katia Fuscaldo-Zoffoli, who embarked on a new chapter in Italy with her family. Despite the distance, Katia remains connected, eagerly following the progress of our students.

On the flip side, we welcomed Mr. Jamie Castrisos, a remarkable musician who seamlessly joined our Music Stream family, bringing his expertise and passion to our students.

The term was a whirlwind of activity for our students, culminating in the Junior and Senior Music Stream showcases. From building technical foundations to exploring new musical avenues, our students embraced every opportunity to shine.

The Junior Music Stream Showcase saw budding musicians take center stage in ‘Flying Solo’, showcasing their individual talents while learning the art of collaboration. Meanwhile, the Senior Showcase presented a unique challenge in ‘Cover me This’, where students tackled genre-flipping with enthusiasm and creativity.
