Reaction rates + titration and gravimetric analyses

Our Year 11 Chemistry students have been engrossed in a series of experiments focused on reaction rates. Through hands-on experimentation, they are gaining invaluable insights into how to accurately measure and manipulate reaction rates, laying a solid foundation for their future studies.

In Year 12 Chemistry, students have been honing their analytical skills by quantitatively analyzing everyday substances. Through titration and gravimetric analyses, they meticulously assess the substances’ compositions and compare their findings to manufacturer specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in their assessments.

As our students navigate these in-depth studies, they are expanding their scientific knowledge and honing critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. We look forward to witnessing their continued growth and success in their scientific endeavours throughout the term and beyond.
